Coaches Edge Keep video. This video is on DVD made direct from the VHS tape that the coach sent me years ago. This is the revised edition video that the Coach later made after releasing the first keep video. Its pretty good quality considering it is a old film that was filmed on low budget VHS. It’s not perfect high definition but more then watchable and very educational. One thing that is not included is the paper notes that came with the video. Those was destroyed years ago. Everything that was in those notes is included in this video.

Here for is the niteowl keep, 3 disc set. You also you get the niteowl show day that comes on 1 disc. You get a total of 4 disc. The keep is a very good keep step by step. The video quality is pretty good. Not high definition, but well watchable. This is a old film that was filmed many years ago on VHS tapes. Some miner VHS tape blemishes here and there but its as good as you will find, and it’s how it was when niteowl sent me the tapes years back. These came direct from Nitowl years ago when he was still alive, and had them converted from VHS tapes to DVD. When I first bought the keep they was only selling them on VHS, and years later started selling them on VHS and DVD and that’s when I bought show day video that will come with the 3 disc keep. Its a follow up video that completes the entire process from the beginning of the keep all the way the end of it. Only thing I no longer have is the keep notes that came with the 3 tape set. They really arent needed. Everything in the paper notes is in these videos. Offering this for a limited time only. If you want something to watch that’s money well spent then this is it.
